3.3 – Urbanización
Entendiendo al urbanismo como un ente de ordenamiento del espacio y sus funciones,
específicamente del espacio de uso común, durante este gobierno se atenderán plazas
públicas, vías de comunicación urbanas y rurales, espacios deportivos, etcétera. Mocorito,
por sus particularidades, requiere de minuciosas valoraciones en cuanto a la inversión
enfocada a los espacios públicos, ya que la variación geográfica tiene concepciones
culturales, sociales, productivas, económicas e inclusive, geológicas (el municipio tiene
variados tipos de suelo).
